Our P4 Tree Management Plan

When we are hired to manage the trees on your landscape, we utilize a specific four-step plan to ensure the best results. The steps include the following:

  • Preserve your existing trees from damage during land development. We can also slow the growth of existing to trees to minimize impacts to property.
  • Plan the management of existing trees on commercial and  in housing communities to  raise awareness, promote tree health, safety and reduce costs associated with trees as they grow exponentially or from storms.
  • Plant new  trees properly and trees that promote species diversity and pose the least amount of impacts to property.
  • Prune  existing trees to promote strong branch structures and to reduce tree caused impacts by tree growth or storms. The younger the better!

Real Estate Tree Assessments

Would you ever buy real estate without it being inspected?

Probably not, yet we still inherit problems and added costs that weren't accounted for.

Other than the presence of trees or lack thereof we don't intimately look at trees before we spend our hard earned money on the property of our dreams for a home or business, yet trees are invaluable and costly to reactively manage.

They are expensive to reactively manage and invaluable.

Healthy trees are a surefire way to accent a property and inherently  increase property value.

Unhealthy or unmanaged trees can pose threats to property including dwellings, vehicles, fences, pool and people. They inherently decrease property value due to aesthetics and management costs.

Tree Assessments provide you with everything you need to make decisions about your future property and manage the trees on it. It may also open up conversations with the other parties involved with the sale.

Tree Assessments provide peace of mind and cost saving proactive strategies as opposed to reactionary expenes. It promotes a positive relationship with your tree. It promotes safety and security in the high probability of storms within the gulf coast. It answers questions like:

What condition is the tree in?

Does it pose a risk?

What can I do to minimize risk or storm damage?

Its like a home inspection but for trees.
